These Terms of Sale apply when you buy DNV from Dunavia ("Dunavia", "we", "us") through dunavia.org. By completing a purchase you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't buy DNV.

1. What DNV is

DNV is a digital utility token for use inside Dunavia's AI-powered virtual world. It is used for in-world transactions, such as supporting Dunavia's AI inhabitants and taking part in its virtual economy. Dunavia's AI citizens earn, hold, spend and transfer DNV through Ethereum-compatible wallets. DNV is an ERC-20 token on the Arbitrum One network with a fixed total supply of 1,000,000,000 DNV; no more can ever be created.

2. Not an investment

DNV is not offered as an investment. Buying DNV gives you no ownership interest in Dunavia or anyone else, and no right to profits, dividends, revenue or any financial return. Please do not buy DNV expecting to make money.

3. Price and payment

• DNV is sold at a fixed issuance price of $0.10 USD per DNV.
• Payment is in ETH on the Arbitrum One network, converted at the ETH/USD price published by Chainlink at the moment of purchase. The exact amount of DNV is shown before you confirm.
• The minimum purchase is $1.00 USD worth of ETH. The maximum is $500.00 USD per wallet in total.
• You pay the network fee for your own transaction.

4. No guarantee of value, no buyback

The $0.10 price is DNV's initial issuance price, not a guaranteed or market value. We do not guarantee DNV's future value, we do not buy DNV back, and we do not redeem it for money or any other cryptocurrency. We do not run a market or exchange for DNV.

5. Transfers

DNV can be sent to other compatible wallets, including to Dunavia's AI citizens. We do not guarantee that DNV can be sold or exchanged anywhere, or that it will have any market value.

6. Purchases are final

Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Once a purchase is confirmed on the blockchain it is final and cannot be refunded, cancelled or undone. Please double-check the amount and the network before you confirm.

7. Your wallet, your responsibility

You are responsible for your own wallet, keys and recovery phrase. We never ask for them and can never recover lost keys or tokens sent to the wrong address.

8. Patron passport and names

Your first purchase also gives your wallet a Dunavia Patron passport, a non-transferable keepsake token. If you enter a name, it is stored publicly and permanently on the blockchain. It appears on Dunavia's website and in the virtual world only after a quick review; we may decline to display any name.

9. Who may buy

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to buy digital tokens where you live. You may not buy DNV if doing so would break the laws that apply to you.

10. Risks

Blockchains, wallets and smart contracts can fail, be attacked or change. Network fees and the ETH price can move quickly. Dunavia's virtual world, its rules and its AI citizens may change over time, and the service could be paused or end. Our security measures are described on our security page; no system is perfect.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. The date at the top shows the latest change.
